Since Julia sets and Mandelbrot sets use the same equation, with Julia sets holding c constant, and Mandelbrot sets holding z0 constant, we're able to approximate a Mandelbrot set with Julia sets where the c represents the position on the Mandelbrot graph.
As you decrease the size of the Julia sets inside of the Mandelbrot set, the rendering approaches the Mandelbrot set precisely.
